Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Zoom Bridge OBS and its license and authorization service operated under the brand VNConference. Contact: vanvu.tran@vnc.vnconference.vn.

Authorized use

Use the app only with a valid license issued by your administrator and for meetings and content you are authorized to access. Keep license keys, device credentials, join links, and Zoom tokens private. Do not bypass license checks, device limits, Zoom controls, or another person's access restrictions.

Host consent and content rights

Obtain the host's permission and any participant consent and content rights needed to receive, record, stream, or redistribute media. A ZAK or successful meeting join is not permission to publish content. Follow Zoom's terms and the applicable terms of OBS, NDI, and any streaming or recording destination you use.

License operation

A license supports up to two registered devices for its configured validity period. Windows account changes or reinstalling Windows may require registration again. Deactivation releases a device slot; it does not delete the license history. Ask your administrator about license issuance, renewal, device removal, or key rotation.

Locking or revoking a license blocks subsequent verification and token issuance. An already issued Meeting SDK JWT remains usable until the app exits or the token expires; its default lifetime is 12 hours from verification. Revocation does not immediately cut off an existing production session.

Availability and support

Access depends on your license, Zoom authorization and meeting policies, host permissions, network, and local software. If access fails, follow the usage guide or contact vanvu.tran@vnc.vnconference.vn. These pages do not promise continuous availability, a support response deadline, or a service-level agreement.

Stop using the service

Disconnect and exit Connect when finished. You can remove the Zoom authorization and request deletion of service records as described in the Privacy Policy. For questions about the license terms that apply to your deployment, contact vanvu.tran@vnc.vnconference.vn before use.
